Like an uptown twin to downtown's DBA, The Delachaise sports dark wood, candles and several blackboards hanging above the bar advertising various types of premium liquor. Unlike DBA, the Delachaise appeals to the mass affluent gourmet with a late night bistro menu, which is available until 12 AM during the week and 1 AM on the weekends. Served from the bar, their food is upscale and pricey (risotto, steak, bruschetta, oysters, fancy grilled cheese, etc.). Expect young professionals and college kids.
